I love staying Club Level (think ‘Concierge’) at Walt Disney World!
Club Level is offered at all Walt Disney World deluxe resorts and includes on-site concierge services and access to the Club Level lounge.
Reopening dates for more Walt Disney World Club Level accommodations have been announced.

Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort – Dec. 16, 2021
Disney’s Yacht Club Resort – Jan. 20, 2022
Disney’s Beach Club Resort – Jan. 27, 2022
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort – Feb. 3, 2022
Club Level has already reopened at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, Disney’s Grand Floridian, Disney’s Boardwalk Resort and Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
* Note that some of the offerings mentioned below may be altered when the Club Levels reopen as part of Walt Disney World’s phased safe reopening.
Club Level will usually be a separate floor of the resort that is only accessible to Club Level guests. On the floor you’ll find the concierge desks that are staffed with one or two Disney cast members who are there to assist you with whatever you might need. They can help with dining reservations, Disney Genie, special requests – just whatever you might need. No need to go down to the lobby and stand in line for assistance.
Each Club Level also has its own lounge that offers food and beverages throughout the day. In the morning there is a continental breakfast, during the day and at lunch there are snacks, in the evening there are appetizers and hot hors d’oeuvre. At the end of the day – usually around 8:30 pm – there are desserts.
There are soft drinks, tea, coffee, usually lemonade, wine, beer and cordials available. There are also these fancy self-serve espresso machines that David loves.
The Club Level lounges at the different resorts will be similar but the food offerings will vary by location.

Club Level is also available at Disneyland and on Disney Cruise Line.
